⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had a very disappointing experience with NAJMAT MURAGABAT AUTO ACCESSORIES (Tire Shop). I purchased two brand new tires from them, which came with a one-year warranty. However, within just a week, I started noticing a wobbling sensation while driving. The ride was noticeably uncomfortable, which is not what you’d expect from newly installed tires. When I returned to the shop and reported the issue, a gentleman named Abdullah (possibly the manager or owner) accompanied me on a test drive. He concluded that the tires were fine and blamed the issue on my car’s suspension. Despite this, I continued to experience the same problem after another week of limited driving. I revisited the shop and, after some insistence, they agreed to send the tires to the agency for inspection under the warranty. However, I was discouraged from doing so by Abdullah, who even recommended I dispose of the existing (nearly new) tires and buy a new set instead. Eventually, the agency rejected the warranty claim, stating the possible cause could be due to new brakes, an unbalanced brake system, frozen brakes, or driver abuse such as hard emergency braking. I found this confusing and unconvincing, as none of these apply to my situation—I had barely driven the car since the tire installation. Given these facts, I am convinced the tires were not genuinely brand new. It’s likely they were previously used, and whatever issues the agency mentioned were the result of prior use before I purchased them. As a word of advice to fellow customers: Always inspect the tires personally before they are installed, even if they come wrapped in plastic, but this one time when I missed it because of trust, I had to go through all this for no good reasons. It’s important to be fully sure of what you’re getting, especially when warranty and post-sale support may be limited or difficult to rely on. This was a frustrating and unfortunate experience for me, and I hope others can be more cautious based on it.
