Very disappointing and dishonest experience. The store claimed that the puppy was fully vaccinated. However, the vaccination booklet only contained stickers — no official stamps from a licensed veterinary clinic. When it came time to travel, the vaccinations were not recognized as valid. When we contacted them, the agent told us to go to a veterinarian in Ajman to “sort it out.” That is completely unacceptable. He also added that only the rabies vaccine is required at the time of sale — then why falsely indicate that the other vaccinations were done? Especially considering the puppy was already at the appropriate age for the booster shots. Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the problem onto us. This is misleading and highly unprofessional. Buyers should be very careful.
