Reached the clinic at 7 10pm for an appointment booked and confirmed by their team 4 times ahead for 7 30pm and waited till 08 05pm.. They prefer local nationals as "emergency cases" and we have to wait patiently for a prebooked appointment until they are served and finished. Ridiculously unacceptable avoidance and ill-mannered professionalism served with no value for our time. When asked to guide me to other available doctors, they said noone is available and we could see several doctors there and the clinic nearly empty. Wow, greatly appreciated guys. Thanks. Will never recommend anyone to your center.
