I have ordered as per the sample dark gray color pen & casing where the staff told to pay in advance & while we receive the item it’s different from the sample . The pen color is light gray & casing is dark color which make no sense . However staff behavior is very bad the staff (Slim lady) behaved very badly even time of selection of item & time of receiving as they said its mistake of supplier . Item can’t be changed and you need to take the same . Its very poor service and no customer complaint option there . i really request to take action on this if someone is holding the responsibility.
