I realized late that everyone is complaining from them and they've bad reputation in town. have been mistreated since I started the process with them, I took the keys barely since she mentioned that the studio was under maintenance and deep cleaning. When I arrived in the evening, I found out that a powerful paint smell which nobody informed me about, the cutleries were dirty as you can see in the attached photos, the pillows are full of men's hair and stink... the washing machine was not working. the light in the kitchen was off..... I called and was begging them to send someone to fix the above, and she sent 2 men who fixed the washing machine only and the rest since the 3rd of March are still pending. The carpet of the studio is full of men's hair and soo dirty, I asked her to inform the landlord if we can remove it as I can't sleep with this dirt, she said I will check, and until now no response..... I am deeply disappointed, and I don't recommend it to no one.
