Extremely Disappointed – Please Be Cautious!!!
I paid AED 5,000 to Dar Al Madina Garage for multiple repairs on my Ford Mustang, including AED 1,134 for OEM engine mounts. Despite repeated follow-ups, I was never provided any photo evidence of the new or old parts, nor any supporting documentation such as receipts or proof of purchase.
After the service, my car developed new issues that were not present before, including gear shifting problems and brake crunching noises, still present to this day. These problems raised serious concerns, so I took the car to two independent garages, both confirmed that the engine mounts were never replaced and are still visibly old and worn.
To make matters worse, Dar Al Madina Garage posted photos of my car on their Instagram account (April 26 and May 21) without my permission, while I was still raising complaints. This was especially upsetting given the unresolved issues.
I initially chose this garage based on how professional they appeared, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative. I found their work to lack transparency and I feel they did not act responsibly or honestly.
I strongly advise anyone considering this garage to get a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs. Be cautious and ask for full documentation before paying. قراءة المزيد
