I've contacted them and made an order for the first time. It took them 3 days to answer to my delivery. After it has been confirmed on the app and email. They called me after 3 days later again. And now I spent all day at home waiting for the delivery which was confirmed. I called to call centre. They said already in my territory. After 2 hours waiting I call again call centre. He tells me delivery tomorrow which is every Friday. 2 today's before they said delivery every Thursday. What the he'll is wrong with the company? They like to lose clients ? I REGRET BIG TIME I've signed up and took the deposit bottle. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Although the water is good. But SERVICE AT LOWEST LEVEL
