Order cancelled, bad experience, online store not to be considered again. Your online store is unprofessional, you claim next day delivery within Dubai, then you don't deliver and blame it on the shipment company being off on a day!!! what a joke, I could've walked to any nearby shop and bought the stuff rather than waiting for days, and when contacting your online support it's totally not helpful, their reply is simply "this is what you've got and live with it" with intimidation "if you'll cancel it will take 10 days to get your money back", I cancelled the order though!! and we'll see what will happen when you delay my refund.
