Very very very worst vila manager and very worst managemen of maintenance totally uneducated people only taking money in term of ontract renew but not response we are living las 10days without ac nobody come to fix it

Very very super bed service, can you imagine staying without AC for almost 4 days and they didn’t send yet anyone to fix it..… the person responsible of the AC maintenance can answer your calls only when he want and close the call with inshallah..…very disappointed

So bad real estate. Very bad services you wil stay waiting for hours until they fix any problem. Once day I staied with out AC 24 hours untill they came. They will not give you back the deposit you paid before signing the contract. The worest real state at khalifa city

Don’t be fooled. They don’t care after you sign a contract. Full of maintenance issue. Maintenance won’t answer the call and office people will just tell it’s not in their hands. We do not have electricity from yesterday morning. We have a child. We slept without AC at home.

Anyone who prefers to have lot of problems and insult and disrespect way of treating tenants while staying (irrespective of you pay your rent )can go ahead with the person called Hassan who is the officer in this real estate property!!!!1!!! Anything you tell him regarding maintainance or any issue either he ignores or shouts at you,finally to get your cheque back its a big huge process.once you become the tenant they treat you so bad ,never had this experience in uae living for past 10 years.i found this real estate in dUbbizle/BAYUT,but never try,few of the staffs were decent enough but will not recommend for a peaceful stay when their collegues behave so bad!!!!
