One of the worst experiences I ever had with transferring money, there costumer service is very very rude have no respect for the customers. They didn’t give me the hole amount even when everything was payed for when the transfer accord, they said this is a transfer fee (witch is has been payed already) I told the employee that everything was payed for he was like if you don't want to pay this fee we will take the money and not give it to you!!!!!!! I provided all paper work that was needed even called a day before to make sure everything will be smooth. I will give them %0 for customer service experience. Will never transfer with them again.
