I stayed in this hotel from May 27 till June 2, 2025. Our hotel experience was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. Stuff was friendly and hospitable. I also rented a car from their partner City Way Car Rental LLC. Everything was fine until we came back home. I didn't received my deposit refund from car rental on time (July 1, 2025). I've contacted the company and the hotel to help me resolve the issue. And hotel refused to help me despite that it was their partner service which they recommended us. Also, I specifically pointed on the prevalence of this issue in car rental services in Dubai before renting a car and that I do not want to have such an experience. The stuff member of the hotel convinced me that their partner does not have such malicious practices. Finally, I resolved the issue through my bank and got my deposit refund on December 10, 2025. But the vacation experience in this hotel was ruined completely. I am not coming back to this hotel and will not stay at any of the Hilton hotels. Management of the Hilton should more thoroughly choose their partners. This particular car rental has a lot of reviews on Google Maps regarding not receiving back their deposits.
