Disappointing Experience with Your Restaurant
I wanted to share my experience with your restaurant, as I was once a big fan and regularly ordered meals, especially Kottu. I was also excited to see your new location open near me. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing.
A while ago, I ordered a Kottu at night, but it was extremely oily. Understanding that food preparation costs money, I politely requested a replacement, even offering to pay again. Your team was kind enough to resend a new parcel, but unfortunately, it lacked meat. When I reached out again, I explained that I wanted a proper Kottu, not just Roti. I returned the order but did not ask for a refund, as I respected the effort and cost behind it. After that, I stopped ordering from your restaurant.
Today, I decided to give your restaurant another chance and ordered a Green Chilli Chicken Charcoal. However, the chicken was extremely hard and lacked any taste. I contacted your team via WhatsApp to request a pickup, but my messages were ignored. When I mentioned I would return it myself, the person responding hesitated to reply properly.
To understand if the issue was with my order or the dish itself, I ordered the same item from another restaurant and brought it to your shop to compare. I showed your team the difference in quality. While they repeatedly apologized and offered me something else, I wasn’t looking for compensation—I just wanted them to understand the issue. Unfortunately, the person in charge seemed indifferent, and I felt like no one truly cared.
In the end, I simply returned the food without taking anything. This experience left me disappointed, and I will no longer be ordering from your restaurant. Additionally, I will advise others against ordering, as I believe it’s a waste of money.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your food quality and customer service.
