This pharmacy is so bad with customers,I went to purchase a product, I took the 2 product from the rack, when I went for billing, the pharmacist there told me to take other product which I don't need at all, I told him I need the same product not the other product, He told me the product is not added into the system, I told okke, take your time to add to your system, he told me it will take lot of time, which is not a true answer, actually I saw their barcode in that product, why should they merchandise or rack the product which is not added to their system, he told me that product cannot be sell, then why should the rack it, even this happened for me many time with the same pharmacy, even if you go there after one year they wont add the product to the system, they actually need us to pick the other product which we don't need, such a bad pharmacy I have every met in Dubai.
