I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Migration Chambers has been beyond frustrating and simply cannot go unspoken. If you’re considering using their services for a second passport—think again. Before payment, their team was constantly in touch—friendly, persistent, and highly responsive, calling us daily to push for signatures and close the deal. The moment we transferred the funds, the professionalism vanished. Calls and emails go unanswered. No updates. No ownership. Just silence. We’ve fulfilled every requirement, made the payment, and held up our side of the process. In return, we’ve received nothing but disinterest and disorganization. It’s as if their job ended the second they got our money. Their team operates more like paper-pushers than professionals. There's no proactive management, no guidance, and no accountability. I now feel completely lost in a process that was supposed to be well-guided and supported. What was promised as a seamless journey has turned into a stressful, one-sided ordeal. I have tried to all them and as soon as their team felt like I was frustrated, instead of taking accountability, they just stopped answering any of my or husbands calls. To the team at Migration Chambers: This is not how you treat clients. This is not how you build trust or sustain a business. You are quickly loosing your credibility. Unless immediate action is taken to fix this, I will continue to share this experience to ensure no one else goes through the same.
