Extremely disappointing service from Al Fardan Exchange. We submitted all required documents for salary processing over 10 days ago, and the salaries are still not credited to employees. Customer support is unacceptable — call waiting times exceed 30 minutes, and emails receive no response at all. This level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend for corporate salary services.
