The staff require significant improvement in education and behavior to provide a satisfactory customer experience. The lack of a proper system to place and track orders creates unnecessary delays and confusion, which adds to customer frustration. Implementing a more streamlined and efficient process would greatly enhance service quality. Additionally, the staff should be trained to maintain professionalism and better communication with customers. Overall, there’s much room for improvement to meet basic service standards.

Food may be good but worst attitude of staff. I ordered a halwa puri and asked him twice not to mix all the gravies in one plate. He did that anyway and serve all the gravies in one plate like I’m an animal. I asked him and he replied as you are one person so It’s not cost effective for us. Eat if you want else you can go (Khana bai to khao warna jao). Worst behavior
