Very unprofessional people working in there. I got a fine of AED 1000 from ICA for emirates ID renewal due to their negligence. There is no follow up from their side ever. They put the wrong email ID for the application and never received email from ICA. Due to which I had to pay a fine. Person working there never answers calls or whatsapp messages. Stay away from the place. Go to Naif Typing Service in Ras Al Khor. Those guys did my application in an hour!
