I strongly recommend staying clear of Al Batal Al Saeed based on my experience. I appointed them for a job valued at AED 100,000 and paid a AED 60,000 deposit. Despite this, the progress and quality of work were unacceptable. The workmanship was faulty and below standard. I have snagging evidence to support this, and I ultimately had to bring in another company to rectify and fix the work. A recurring issue was repeated requests for more money, along with scope changes and increased costs being introduced to justify additional payments, without delivering the required standard or completion. Overall, I found them unprofessional, with very poor quality control. I am now filing a legal case in relation to this matter.
