!!! Actual cost for Camry 171 USD per day !!!! We rented a car from this company in Ras Al Khaimah. Camry for 350 AED (95 USD) per day. Plus they took from us a deposit of 1700 AED (462 USD). The deposit must be FULLY returned after 4 weeks, if there are no fines and toll roads. Such are the terms of the contract. BUT. After I applied for a refund a month later, I was informed that there were no fines and toll roads on me, and the deposit would be returned in full tomorrow. But this "tomorrow" lasted another month. I was told that "in a couple of days", then "at the end of the week." As a result, they did not return the money to the card. Instead, they offered to make either SWIFT payment or WESTERN UNION. And both options are for MY PAYMENT. They ended up sending WU. Instead of 1700 AED (462 USD), they sent me 1591 AED (according to the official rate, it should be 433 USD), removing the transfer fee from me. But at the same time they recalculated 1591 AED as 386 USD at some rate of their own. Accordingly, they returned to me 76 USD (462-386) less than I left them as a deposit. Moreover, this is considered a full refund. This is the math. In total, 1 day of rental of TOYOTA CAMRY cost me 95 + 76 = 171 USD. Looks like an executive class. I very often rent a car in different countries. But this is the first time I come across this. Consider these "features" of local business.
