I visited the store on 10/11/2024 in the afternoon to recharge my prepaid SIM card. I explained that I was looking to renew my service validity with a data pack for one month. However, the store employee seemed completely uninterested and didn't understand what I meant by "renew." It felt like he was intentionally acting confused, even adopting a fake accent to avoid helping.
Despite several attempts to explain my request, he seemed hesitant to listen, and after a lot of back-and-forth, he finally said, with his fake accent, that he only handled postpaid recharges, not prepaid ones.
It was incredibly frustrating, and honestly, I felt bad for him—he clearly had no idea how to engage with customers or handle basic queries. I hope the store considers replacing him with someone who understands customer service and knows how to resolve issues properly.
Such poor service leaves a bad impression, and I certainly won't be returning anytime soon.
