Very poor quality product. I strongly feel that this item was either purchased from the cheapest source or is a repaired/used product. Recently, we purchased several gadgets from this seller, and the quality was extremely low. When we contacted them to raise our concern, their response was careless — they clearly did not care once the product was sold. I have never experienced such a situation before. It honestly felt like my money was wasted on a substandard product. Please be careful before purchasing from this seller in the future.
