*Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Laundry at All Costs!* I trusted this laundry with my valuable carpet worth AED 600, only to have it mysteriously disappear. It has been over two months, and despite repeated attempts to contact the store, there has been zero response from the manager—he is simply missing, leaving the poor employees to fend off frustrated customers with no answers or solutions. Their complete lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If you value your belongings and your peace of mind, I strongly advise against using this place. A business that refuses to communicate, take responsibility, or provide any resolution is not one you should trust. If the management sees this—please do the right thing and resolve this issue instead of ignoring customers!
