IMP : Very bed service, booked ticket from Hatta sky for Oman by bus (via Baisan travels) for UAE visa extension. Suppose to return on same day, but Hatta sky staff didn't allow to sit on bus for return journey, as per Hatta sky staff the bus was full even after paying for the journey in advance. There were more passengers with me who faced such challenges. Some other passengers were being seated who never travelled with us. There was no food or water available in the accommodation for night stay. Also, staff kept our passport with them with their office being locked by 6pm. We were being told to travel via public transport by our own expense 120aed, that's unfair. we were being forced to wait 24hrs to get in another bus. This happens with most who travels via Hatta sky, worst is if you are left behind on Wednesday evening you have to wait 3 days to get in another bus. VERY BAD SERVICE. PLEASE GET ALL THE DETAILS RIGHT BEFORE TRAVELLING VIA HATTA SKY.
