I had a very bad experience with this shop. I bought a pair of sandals for 65 aed didn’t have time to shop elsewhere, I used them the same day. Shockingly, they got damaged after only 20 minutes of use. This clearly shows their products are low quality. When I went back to the shop to have it changed, one of the staff members was very rude and said they can’t replace it because their items are from China. He clearly lacked proper customer service skills. I returned again to speak to the staff who originally sold it to me, and he refused to change it as well—he only offered to “fix” it. For me, this is not fair at all. I didn’t even use the sandals for an hour, and I paid 65 aed , not 10 AED. I do not recommend this shop. Poor product quality and terrible customer service.

The staff member on duty behaved extremely rudely toward my wife, which is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve experienced such unprofessional behavior at this store. I visited again around 12:00 PM, but the shop was closed, which added to the frustration. I would like the manager or owner to please contact me as soon as possible to address this matter seriously. Customer respect should be a basic standard. I am waiting for a response.

Very rude employee I dont know how they hire their employees. But i had a very horrible experience with one of their employee. She is very rude,very disrespectful. I will never go back there again.
