I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experiences with du, my service provider for over 10 years.
In the past few years, I have noticed a significant decline in network quality, and it seems that the representatives I have spoken with have not provided consistent or helpful information. Most recently, I attempted to update my ID through the du app, but unfortunately, it failed.
As a result, I decided to visit the du channel at Al Quoz Mall for assistance. To my surprise, I was informed that there is a charge of 10 AED for ID updates. After 15 years with your services, this is the first time I have encountered such a fee, and I find it quite disappointing.
