I had bought a hypervolt plus device from Amazon around 3 months back which suddenly stopped working a few days back. When I approached hyperice UAE for warranty, they asked for purchase proof and that’s when I realized that the product sold on Amazon by Amazon is a gray market item and they don’t provide invoice for the same. I was really stuck when thankfully, the amazing team at Hyperice UAE, specifically Mr Sharath helped me out. He got me a replacement, albeit a lower model but I am thankful to them because I was actually helpless at that point to claim warranty without the original invoice and left with a dead device. It was a really professional approach from Team AJ ( Hyperice UAE Services) who were crystal clear in their communication and extremely supportive and mindful of the customer. I would definitely recommend hyperice because of their awesome products and moreover for their even more extraordinary service. Keep up the good work team AJ
