Store Manager,
I hope this message finds you well. My husband recently visited your store and purchased a t-shirt for me. However, upon realizing that the item does not meet my needs, I returned to the store within a few hours to process a return.During my visit, I encountered some challenges with the staff's handling of the situation. Specifically, I was not present during the purchase as my husband bought the t-shirt. Despite explaining this, Baraa, one of your staff members, was quite rude and refused to call the supervisor when politely requested. Instead, he suggested that we call the police, which was unnecessary and escalated the situation.Additionally, I observed that Bushra, who finally has been contacted but unfortunately was busy with her family, seemed unable to assist us effectively. She said I’m busy with my family I understand and respect your store's policy regarding refunds, and I was not seeking any exception, However, I believe there was a misunderstanding regarding my request to address the issue professionally. Your staff are very rude and believe me this will lead to a bad reputation to your store
Every where there is exceptions and for us three hours passed only.
I would appreciate your assistance in facilitating the return process for the t-shirt. Additionally, I wanted to bring to your attention the importance of training in customer satisfaction for your staff.
