*1/5 Stars - ROYAL SWISS WARRANTY: A NIGHTMARE FOR CAR OWNERS*
I'm writing this review to warn others: *DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM ROYAL SWISS* unless you enjoy watching your brand new car get damaged repeatedly and dealing with unhelpful customer service.
I bought a brand new Nissan Patrol, and the dealer convinced me to purchase the warranty from Royal Swiss. Big mistake! In just two visits, they've managed to damage my car not once, but twice. The first time, they scratched the front bumper, and the second time, they dented the right side door. Unbelievable!
When I asked them to fix the damages, their response was appalling. No apologies, no willingness to take responsibility, and no effort to make things right. It's like they think the warranty is a joke.
If you value your car and your sanity, stay away from Royal Swiss Warranty. Their "protection" comes with a hefty price tag, and their service is subpar. I'm stuck with a damaged car and a warranty that's more of a curse than a blessing.
*UPDATE:* I'll be sharing my horrific experience with friends, family, and online communities to ensure no one else falls victim to Royal Swiss Warranty's poor service. Save your money and your car; avoid them at all costs!
