I was hesitant to order from these guys because of none existent reviews, however I was looking for a part that was not available nation wide in the US even so world wide pretty much for my mercedes , when I went to my mechanic he told me this part is on back order and no ETA, which made even more suspicious that Model auto claims to have the part and guess what for less then half the price that the dealer quoted me, after communicating back and forth on whatsapp with Model auto, which BTW they have excellent communication , I decided after much hesitation WTH let me try with minimum optimism, I was 99% sure they would either cancel the order later stating sorry we don't have the part or send me the wrong part , or an after market chines Part, I mean how could they have when no one else in the world does, and for half the price too good to be true right? well to my surprise I get a DHL tracking number the next day, which was a Friday and Monday the package showed up, still pessimistic I prepared my camera and started filming the unpacking thinking I ma y have to dispute my charges with PayPal, there is now way that part is in there and so easily, well that was a waste of filming and narrating I opened the package and it was an original Mercedes exact part that I needed, I could not believe my eyes. well I will definitely order from these guys for sure in the future and I recommend them very highly.
