They kept calling me several times, so I thought it was something important or even an emergency, which is why I called back. They claimed I had won a raffle draw from the night market, offering prizes like a cruise dinner voucher, a kitchen set, and a hotel voucher. When I asked how to claim it, they gave me their office address at Exit 2, Deira City Center, Centurion Star Tower B. Later, another Filipina called me again about this so-called raffle prize which, according to them, was from LAST YEAR. Who would even believe that? Naturally, I checked their page and found so many negative reviews. I told her I would not come because it looked like a scam. Instead of addressing my concern, she insulted me by saying, ‘You think you’re someone? You’re ugly.’ Is this how you treat people who question your promo? Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If your company is truly legitimate, why resort to insults? This behavior only proves what others have already said in their reviews. Be careful and don’t waste your time

Scammer of all scammers. It began when watched Eraserheads concert back in December 2024, they handed me a raffle card to sign up, called me after few days that i have won and i could claim the prizes. When i was there in the building, a Filipino named Enzo greeted me and told me if i could give 20-30mins of my time to explain things. Little did i know that this trick of giving giveaways will hypnotize you to avail their offer package worth from 16,000 - 30,000 AED with their flowery words and lies. Enzao and a Filipina Manager were so aggressive to make me avail it and so it happened. When i avail the package and paid half, they “gave” me a ONE NIGHT COMPLIMENTARY STAY which i can use ANYTIME as they mentioned. Now after few months, i tried to use the package because as what they said I CAN USE IT ANYTIME even after repeatedly asked them that day if i can use it even im not fully paid. All they say was yes to me so ill be satisfied and happy. Now when i emailed that i want to use it, thats when they started to tell that i have to pay full first to be able to use that package. Also the credit card payment, they never explained to me that i have to pay for the installment fee first then reimburse it. Because first thing they mentioned that is was ZERO INSTALLMENT. They love to make people confuse. Now that i want to use my complimentary one night stay, they’re saying again that I NEED TO PAY FULL to use it. What a real stress. I hope they will find karma they deserve soon for doing these to innocent people.

This trip was epic by Nexa.The area had been closed for 10 days and we were the first ones back and the only ones back .100 km of dirt track each way with black mountains and lava fields on all sides.Snow was deep in places and the superjeep had to force a path through.The group was made up of British, French Dutch and Icelandic and conversations was good.Anton is the perfect guide and a top man.He is witty and very knowledgeable plus he is a very skilled professional with tons of local knowledge and first hand experience of navigating difficult terrain in the Highlands.The trip is long but not dull.The landscape is powerful and absorbing with stops along the way to get glacial water and see an outlaws hideout plus toilets.The hike to Askja was through deep snow so hard going but that was fine and everyone made it and it added to the sense of exploration.The caldera, lake and Viti are very impressive and their size is hard to comprehend.The trip back along the 100km dirt track was a little easier as the path had been forged on the way up however as darkness fell another dimension was added.I would definitely recommend Anton's company and think he is the perfect guide.He showed high levels of skill and professionalism throughout the day and was also down to earth , pragmatic , conscientious and a real good laugh.He has the right balance and I feel fortunate to have met him and share a great 14 hours with the group All Crdit goes to Nexa Team. Don't get deceived by this advertising technique. They are just fooling people for marketing purposes. Don't let your precious time go to waste by entertaining this scheme. At first, they will call you that you won certain prices and you should go to their office on that day itself to claim those. As an excited winner, you will rush to their place. They will offer travel vouchers ect. Initially, they are friendly, but the moment you said "NO" to their offer, the attitude will change instanty to being rude. Honestly, those vouchers are TOTALL USELESS! Actually, they will ask for a tax payment of 599aed, however, the total price is almost the same if you're the one who booked your accomodation. There's NO SENSE OF WINNING their HOTEL VOUCHER OR even DHOW CRUISE Need to wait for 50 people and Need to Wait for 1 month. its totally a crap!!! I REPEAT THEY JUST FOOLING PEOPLE FOR MARKETING PURPOSE ONLY NOT FOR YOU TO WIN THOSE USELESS VOUCHERS!!! You don't deserve even a single star. Total waste of time, effort and money. Lesson learned: always check google review. No wonder, so many hate comments!

This Company called me saying I won a raffle from a concert I went to recently in Coca Cola arena. Went out of my way to go to their office and collect the prize, only to find out they will pitch some tour packages. The packages honestly sounded nice, the Filipino guy who was talking to me seemed to be tired already but he did his best, I can tell. Then he passed me off to his "manager" the Filipina lady with long blonde hair wearing a pink top. And this is where everything went so disappointing. I was okay with the whole misleading winning a raffle scheme because the guy showed me Umrah packages, which I appreciate. BUT this "manager" lady was chewing a gum VERY LOUDLY when she presented the Azerbaijan package. I feel like the gum will fall off while she was computing and like talking to herself about the difference of the packages in less than 5 minutes. Then has the audacity to asked me if I am interested, I didnt understand what she was computing and writing with the bunch of #s on the paper with 2 columns. I just know that do not plan on paying anything tonight because well yall told me that I won stuff FOR FREE. 🤣 When I said that she just suddenly stand up and left. The Filipino guy who was also nice at first suddenly became very off. Tried to ask further about the Umrah package or packages for company trips for team buildings for lets say 50+ employees and he brushed me off. 🤣 He said it should be 200. Anyhow, Kuya I suggest for you to just present the packages yourself, you are much better than the "Manager". I left the building and I saw people from the lift going up and I asked if they are also coming to Nexa for winning the raffle. Felt sorry for them too because they are wasting time for coming to Deira with all the traffic. Alhamdulilah telemarketing is already regulated in the UAE and pretty soon customers can already complain about these misleading promotions. By the way, they gave me the voucher for Dhow cruise, Hotel stay, Kalyan discount (it said at the back it was only valid until 2023 btw but they put a promo code, so I dont know if this will work)

real review!! as my case,, i pay full payment and buy package for them !! all staff in nexa are happy and tell me and my family you will be very happy to buy our package,, of course thats why i buy package because they tell the good sales and promises.. but after sales service as consumer in dubai you need to be satisfy the consumer for after sales purchase but nexa don’t have that!!!! for the 1 year we don't want to say anything because we want to give nexa the chance that they are professional!! now when u want the service of nexa after you pay them this the real tactics!!! delaying!!! to pay again money because u have only 3000 travel voucher!!! and if the ticket was expensive u need extra pay!! professional in delaying tactics yes!!! 3. booking of hotel,, they said they have affiliate hotel. real talk?? No!!! they dont have affiliate hotel,, they book as ordinary people for the hotel that you dont want!! as consumer you have right to choose hotel that you are happy!! for them they choose hotel that you are not satisfy!! because you will not agree and they will tell they book that hotel but you are the one not satisfy!!hahahhaa good tactic!! delaying tactics for finish the 1 year they will tell later and next later again, under process, but real talk no!!! they will delay so that u will not use in 1 year the service and they will tell expired!!! you need to pay again hahahhaha.. good tactics!!! professional in delaying service! 4. i reimburst 3000 for my travel voucher because i buy my own so that much early much cheaper!! forcthem need 30 days before flight! they said ok need 30 days also to approved reimburstment!! i agree and listen to company rules but when it come the 30 days they give us half only and half will be 20 working days again!!we get this package because we need it in our marriage but i am dissapoint to this because we need to call them which is no need because we pay this amount so we need the good service which 1 month see delaying tactics!! professional company!! 5. booking of hotel!! 30 days also… how you will trust the company if first you will not satisfy for they service?? every day we send email for the booking but everyday answer dont worry under processs!!! 30 days u want the flight and hotel booking but in th

Hi I wanted to share my recent experience of SRN NEXA TOURISM. So I wanted to extend my flight from New to DXB and by mistake the customer representative I was talking to earlier extend my father flight ticket instead of mine. I called back immediately to get it corrected after a few tries, where I only received the answer to wait, and they would give me a call back. By gods grace, I got connected to the amazing and ver helpful person named Mohmmad. He told me he knows about the situation and the he will work on correcting it ASAP. He was the only individual who actual understood and concern and got my flight tickets corrected within 24hrs of my call. He assured me that make my trip will do the best, they can and fix this problem. There was no extra charges taken from me. I was very glad to be connected to this representative and truly believe that this kind of customer service should be highly appreciated. Thank you Mohmmad this would not have been possible without you, as I only received replies like we will call you back and they do the same.
