The experience is very worse!!!! Customer service is very cheap. They treated customer same like an animal. I walked and entered in this supermarket and bought today a worth of 400 dhs which i barrowed their trolley to used for the item, the security allowed us and i brought it back to take the emirates i.d but one of the guy there whos wearing white polo approach me in a worst manner that i encountered in my whole life. I entered in the shop with my slippers where in one of the guy cleaned up but the guy whos standing there approached very bad and asked me why i entered because he saw some dirty footstep from my slippers, the way he approached is very very bad. I will not recommend this shop to every body. Hoping that highier management saw this message to rectify the issue and asked you that before you hire people you must trained them well in a manner how to treat and be nice to people. They are in customer service they need to act one.
