My experience at this hotel was nothing but disappointment. From the very beginning, I was misled: during booking and at reception, I was assured of access to the infinity pool, but when I tried to use it, I was literally kicked out, being told it wasn’t included in my room rate. This was humiliating and absolutely unacceptable. The promised services, like a massage and training session, were also illusions. I had to spend a lot of time on phone calls and persistent requests just to get what was supposed to be included in the price. The hotel is designed to complicate life for guests: constant switching between elevators is absurd. Instead of the celebration I planned for my family, I ended up with nothing but frustration. For this price, it’s simply outrageous – I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
