The receptionist at the pool was a very rude and arrogant guy, and if I remember correctly, his name was Hakan. He gave everyone bracelets to reserve a spot at the pool for the evening, but he ignored us. We had to ask him to give us bracelets as well. He ignored us and was very rude. I asked the receptionist to help us with our luggage because we had a taxi waiting for us, but instead of helping us, he told us to wait for someone else. In the end, no one helped us. And this hokan person ruined the whole experience. I wasn't allowed to charge my phone anywhere, and they made me pay for charging, but I didn't have any cash with me, and my phone ran out of battery, and they wouldn't let me charge it at the restaurant or the front desk. The hotel is quite expensive, and they still charge me for charging my phone, which is a hassle and uncomfortable. I don't recommend this place. They treat you like a wallet, not like a person.
