We purchased our kitchen from SAI Kitchen, but the experience has been disappointing from start to finish. They demand full payment before even beginning the installation —a red flag we wish we’d recognized sooner.
SAI Kitchen markets their products as ‘German quality’ and claims they offer personalized kitchens. However, they cannot customize cabinet sizes and only provide standard measurements, which was misleading given their sales pitch about a tailored kitchen solution. The on-site engineer is nearly impossible to reach, lacks professionalism, and appears to have limited knowledge. The quality of the workmanship is also disappointing, with several elements installed unevenly and misaligned. Given the price, we expected far better.
Additionally, their scheduling has been inconsistent, with the installation date repeatedly pushed back. The individual we worked with to design the kitchen seemed unknowledgeable, resulting in several mistakes. When reinstallation is required to correct their errors, they expect us to cover the additional costs. We’ve had to follow up constantly just to see progress. Overall, it’s overpriced for the quality, and we would not recommend them at all.
