I started my file on 20th Feb'23 as Jaslin ma'am assured me that we have job according to my profile(Logistic Supervisor) before that I have shared my CV to Anisha and after consulting with document team she informed me that ther are jobs related to my profile,even they have shared me a confirmation msg.Later my file has been handed over to "SUPRITHA" ma'am(She will never read your msg) after paying all the EMI's it was my work to take the follow-up for each an every single thing, no one from Century Gulf will contact you.As mentioned in the contract they charged me for making new Europian standard Resume, but when I asked them to share me the resume they ignored by saying we cannot share it(when I have paid for it, it should to be shared with me).After that it's me who use to keep on msgng Supritha ma'am for job related updates but she always use refuse it by saying you should to have some patience as we are working on your profile(from August till date today I heard the same thing from her).Recently I gave two interviews on zoom call, after 7-8 days I asked them to share me the feedback so that I can improve myself (till date no one has shared me the feedback).I haven't received any call from the local number of the country where I have applied which again keeps me in doubt as the interview was conducted on Saturday(fake zoom call) also I have applied for the Logistic Supervisor position then why they have taken my interview for the Logistic coordinator job position. When they don't have the relevant job for me, then they would have informed me before. I would have never applied for the job. Now after more than 1 year they are telling me to cancel my file and take 50% of the amount. My question is when the interview was not relevant to the job position,when your not sharing me the Europian standard resume for which I have paid,when you have never shared me the feedback why should I take 50% also the time period was of 6 Month and now it's more than 1 year. I have wasted my time applying through this consultancy they don't do anything rather then giving fake promises, also be careful before signing agreement.
