Erudio Early Childhood Center has truly been a wonderful experience for our family. The care, dedication, and attention to detail shown by the entire team is exceptional. From the teachers in the classroom to the administration staff, everyone is supportive, approachable, and always ready to respond quickly to any questions or concerns. What stands out the most to me is how happy and excited my daughter is to go to school every day. It’s reassuring as a parent to know she is in such a warm, safe, and nurturing environment. I’ve seen incredible growth in her confidence, learning, and social development since joining the center. A special highlight is the school readiness program, which thoughtfully supports each child at their individual level and prepares them well for the next stages of their education. The personalized approach truly makes a difference. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire Erudio team for the positive impact they’ve had on my child’s early learning journey. I highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a caring and high-quality early childhood environment.

We attended this nursery for only one week, and our experience was extremely negative. There is no trial period — parents must pay everything upfront. We paid 1000 AED for the medical check, 1000 AED registration fee and 6000 AED for the monthly payment. At the same time, no contract is provided or signed. When we asked about a contract, we were told they do not sign contracts, although the director previously showed us signed documents. Sleeping arrangements are very poor — foldable beds without proper mattresses. Parents must bring their own bedding. Children are not changed into pajamas and many sleep in the same clothes they wore outside or after meals Several times my child stayed in dirty clothes after eating or playing outside, even though I provided spare clothes. On our last day my child fell from a high playground structure inside the nursery that is clearly not suitable for 2-year-old children. We picked him up with a large bump on his forehead. Two hours later he developed severe vomiting and we had to go to the hospital. He was diagnosed with rotavirus and needed almost two weeks to recover Children are also not asked to wash their hands before meals and food is not heated. The director promised to refund the money minus one week, but after two weeks we only received 4465 AED of the 8260 AED and our messages are now being ignored. Very disappointing experience.
