I am a regular customer of this store and I have always enjoyed shopping here, even buying my children’s bikes from you.
However, during my last visit, today at 6:30 exactly , I had a very disappointing experience at the checkout. The cashier did not greet us, did not make eye contact, and ignored our “hello.” When my son asked why she didn’t respond, I politely asked her, and she replied “maybe next time” in a very disrespectful and dismissive tone.
As a loyal customer, I find this behavior unacceptable, especially in front of my child. Basic courtesy and respect should be expected from staff.
