I am also one of the victims of this infamous restaurant, as the owner of this restaurant made many promises and the result is:
1. I worked for 6 months, and I was paid only for 3 months
2. The working hours were too long, for 3 months I worked 15 hours a day and without a weekly rest day, official holidays were always counted as zero
3. The owner appointed me as an Assistant Manager with a salary of 7000 dirhams, and did not give me a copy of the job offer
4. In the employment contract, he appointed me as a fast food maker, and forced me to sign the contract with a salary of 2000 dirhams
5. Out of the three salaries I received in total, only one salary is given to me in the bank in the amount of 5000 dirhams, and two other cash salaries in the amount of 7000 dirhams each
6. The owner changes my job description at will, at the beginning of the contract he doesn't give me a sales target, but after three months he gives me a sales target, and everything changes according to the owner's whims forcing me to sign new unprofessional rules
7. Psychological pressure, if it does not reach the sales target, cancels the weekly day off, overtime, and does not provide food during working hours
8. Out of six months of work, three months I ate in a restaurant and three months I ate outside the restaurant, despite all the miserable working conditions, excessively long hours and no weekly rest day
9. Fired me without warning and without notice period
10. I create debates and disagreements about the rent of the house, since the owner of the house demanded payment for two months

12. When I was sick in December, he promised me that he would give me the expenses of 500 dirhams that I had in the hospital, for medical visits and medicines
