Absolutely the worst customer service experience at E-Max (Burjuman Mall). The staff are never willing to support customers, and once you buy any gadget, they happily take extra money for guarantees and extended warranties—but when an issue comes up, they have zero solutions.
Every time you go for a replacement or repair, they claim the product is “no longer sold in the market,” yet they continue selling it and collecting warranty fees. They never have stock, never make arrangements, and never bother to call back with updates. Instead, they simply tell you to get it from somewhere else.
The staff are extremely unprofessional and dismissive. No follow-ups, no responsibility, no customer support at all.
