I had a bad experience with this team and would advise others to be careful before proceeding.
I purchased a 299 AED “fully covered” package. After about 10 days, my phone fell from a table and the display stopped working. At the time of the deal, they clearly said the display would be fully covered and replaced by Apple.
However, when I approached them for the display replacement, the situation changed:
At the time of sale, they explained one thing verbally, but later sent different terms and conditions by email.
Unfortunately, I did not check the email carefully, which was my oversight.
The display was not replaced by Apple, but by a local mobile shop in Karama.
They then asked me to pay 10% of the repair cost, which was never mentioned or agreed upon at the time of the deal.
