I rented a car from this company from May 28 till June 2, 2025. I paid with my debit card. Deposit was 1500 AED. And I also had an issue with deposit refund. Deadline for refund was July 1. Then I had an idle talk regarding the refund with the company and the hotel which is partnering with this car rental service. In the end of August I wrote a claim through my bank to resolve dispute situation with refund. My bank told me to wait 45 days. After that in the end of October I received a formal refusal answer from Network International Payment Solutions. Then I wrote a new claim for dispute resolution. And on December 10 I received 1250 AED deposit refund minus 200 AED parking fine and Admin & Service charges of 50 AED. Hope my review will help other people to resolve their deposit refund issues.
