Would’ve given 5 stars for the atmosphere, ambience, and vibes of the place (but sometimes vibe and experience is ruined because of few loud, rowdy, disrespectful Pakistani guys who come everyday to play snooker during night time), but you’ll get 1 star because of bad, cheating, disrespectful staff. Mohammad who manages the billiard during night time is a disrespectful, lying, egoistic, cheating person.
He doesn’t know how to talk, doesn’t show respect, very disrespectful when talking, talks like as if we are shit and don’t know anything, acting like he owns the place. Sometimes becomes physical waving arms around and shoving if blocking his way.
He lies about the timings of customers playing and reduces the time, which is my main problem. He has done this many times to me, eventually I started recording and noting the time on my phone but still when we say there’s more time left, he makes some bull story about the time in the computer system and how time is over, doesn’t bother to listen to the customers side and forcefully clears the table and the entire time IVE RECORDED THE TIMING ON MY PHONE, but he doesn’t admit it. I come play everyday most times for hours and I’ve given the billiard heck loads of business bringing in friends, new customers and playing for hours but this guy does dirty shit like this ruining the entire vibe and happiness of playing pool.
We don’t earn millions, most customers do jobs and hardly earn, sometimes using the last funds we have to play pool, sometimes sacrificing other things even food to play pool because of the happiness and love of playing pool, but egoistical, lying , disrespectful people like this ruin the entire moment.
You shouldn’t be hiring people like this because not only do they ruin the feeling of playing pool but you’ll lose customers too.
Seriously gonna try not coming here, tell all my friends too and find someplace else that respects customers and allow us to enjoy the moment of playing billiards.
