If you get a call from someone saying you’ve “won” a free hotel stay, gadgets, dinner, etc., be extremely cautious. I had the worst experience with this company. I was lured into buying a package after the sales agent promised one set of benefits. Once I spoke to someone in their office, the actual package was completely different, and by that point, I had already signed a contract and couldn’t back out. The minimum package costs 10,000 AED, and if you cancel, they charge a 30% penalty (3,000 AED). I decided to go ahead and pay the full amount which turned out to be another terrible decision. At first, they were responsive and gave me the “freebies” promised during purchase. But when I tried to use the benefits I actually paid for, they gave vague excuses, delayed responses from days to months, and ultimately delivered nothing. It’s now been over a year since I bought the package (in 2023), and I still haven’t been able to use any of the main services. Don’t waste your hard earned money with them!

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with DMGC Tourism. From the start, communication was poor and full of delays. Promises were made but never delivered, and when issues came up, they were quick to shift the blame instead of taking responsibility. The lack of transparency in their process made it stressful, and I felt completely misled about what I was paying for. Follow-ups were ignored or answered vaguely, and getting clear information was almost impossible. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, professionalism, and proper customer service. My experience left me feeling frustrated, stressed, and disappointed. There are far better and more trustworthy travel agencies in Dubai—save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. The lack of transparency in their process made it stressful, and I felt completely misled about what I was paying for. Don't deal with them!!. Extremely Disappointing Experience, Still Waiting for Resolution I signed up with this company after being presented with what seemed like an attractive membership package, including hotel stays, specific destination flight tickets, and other promised benefits. The presentation was very convincing, and I was assured that everything would be handled smoothly and promptly. Unfortunately, my experience from the very start has been the complete opposite. Many of the key services I was told I would receive never materialized — for example, the booking portal access promised within 48 hours, a physical membership card, and even basic responses to my emails. Communication has been painfully slow, with many messages left unanswered for weeks, even after repeated follow-ups. When I tried to use my benefits, the conditions suddenly changed from what I was originally told. Instead of straightforward bookings, I was met with vague replies, long delays, and requests for more forms before even confirming availability. I eventually requested to cancel my membership due to non-delivery of the promised services. This process has been just as difficult — full of delays, requests for in-person visits even though it’s possible to handle matters remotely, and references to terms and conditions that were never explained in this way during purchase. What’s most concerning is that I’ve since connected with other customers who’ve had almost identical experiences — many feeling trapped and unsure how to recover their money. It’s deeply disappointing that a company operating in such a visible location is not taking stronger steps to resolve these situations quickly and fairly. My sincere hope is that they will take responsibility, honor the original commitments made, and bring this matter to a fair conclusion for all affected customers. Until then, I would urge anyone considering this company to research very carefully before making any decisions.
