The worst driver service in the UAE. They sent a decent driver for a trial day, we approved him and paid for a monthly contract. The very next day, without our consent, they sent a different driver who damaged our car. We tried to contact the management to replace the driver immediately, but they were unreachable for three hours. The driver was dismissed after only a few hours of work because it was simply dangerous to drive with him. The money was refunded with a deduction for a full working day of the driver. No apologies, no compensation, nothing. If you don’t want to waste your nerves and time, never contact this company.
