I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received from your company.
During my engagement with your organization, I received several calls throughout the day, before signing up.
However, my visa application was subsequently rejected due to the submission of an expired and altered hotel booking and airline ticket, both of which were provided by your team.
Regrettably, since the visa rejection, I have encountered great difficulty in trying to contact anyone within your company. Calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails have gone unanswered, and the individuals I interacted with during the signup process have seemingly vanished.
This experience has been characterized by numerous unfulfilled promises and an evident lack of respect for customers' time and trust. I feel compelled to advise others not to invest their time and resources with Crystal Skyline.
