We hired this company for a house shifting job that was originally supposed to be completed in one day as per the contract. However, due to issues from their side, the move had to be split into two days, which was not part of the original agreement.
To be fair, the labour team did work hard, but the overall execution, organisation, and professionalism were disappointing.
On Day 1, we were informed at short notice that the move could not be completed as planned. On Day 2, after working from the morning, the team themselves said they were too tired to continue properly. We understood their situation and even suggested that they come the next day to complete the remaining work properly instead of rushing everything.
However, the team told us that if they called their manager, they would be asked to finish everything that same day, as they had another duty the next day. We personally called Mr. Uday (Sales Director) and explained the situation, but he declined any extension.
As a result, the final work was done in a rushed and careless manner. Many items were not placed properly, several belongings were mixed up, misplaced, or left scattered, and even after two weeks, we are still sorting through the mess and trying to locate missing things.
What made it worse was the poor response from Mr. Uday afterward. We sent him photos of the condition of the house, and he said he would get back to us the next day, but there was no proper follow-up. Only after around 48 hours, when we again shared proof including a broken water glass and the incorrect assembly of the bed, did we receive any response. Even then, the actual issues were not properly addressed.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this service. If you still choose to hire them, make sure everything is clearly documented, checked, and accounted for before the team leaves. قراءة المزيد
