My Experience at BurJuman Mall – June 6, 2025
I’ve been a regular customer at BurJuman Mall since 2019, and I always enjoy shopping and spending time there.
Last Friday, June 6, 2025, my girlfriend and I went to the mall just to have dinner. Since we live nearby, we rode our bike and arrived around 10:10 PM. We parked the bike on the Ground Floor, Block 33, near the Jollibee restaurant. Then we went to the first floor to eat and left the restaurant around 11:00 PM.
To our shock, when we came back, the bike was missing! This was the first time anything like this happened to me at BurJuman Mall. We looked around all the parking areas, but couldn’t find it anywhere.
We then reported the incident to the security personnel on duty, Mr. Rajib. He was very helpful and did his best to assist us, even though it was already late at night. He guided us to the Security Room located at Block 20, Basement 1, where we met the Security Supervisor, Mr. Asad ali shah.
Mr. Ali Shah and his team reviewed the CCTV footage and were able to identify the person who took the bike. They then contacted the parents of the thief and asked them to bring their son to the security office and return the stolen bike.
After the situation was handled, we called the Dubai Police to officially report the incident. Thanks to the quick and dedicated work of the BurJuman Mall Security Team and the support of the police, I was able to recover my bike.
I sincerely thank the entire Security Team, especially Supervisor Asad ali shah, for their professionalism and commitment. Also, thank you to the police officer who handled the case properly. Your help made a big difference.
