Let me start with the good things 😊 No queues at all, and the bank is open even on Saturday early in the morning — super convenient! The security team is very polite and welcoming 👮‍♂️✨ Now, just a couple of things that felt a bit off: 1. Nobody really explains what to do step by step. I had to ask at the counter, and the explanation was quite brief 🤷‍♂️ 2. Compared to banks in my home country, where friendliness is literally in the air, here it felt a bit less warm — probably just cultural differences 🌍🙂 3. The surprising part is that everything needs to be filled in manually ✍️😅 But overall, it’s a nice and comfortable branch 👍 I’ll wait to see how they handle my request — hopefully everything goes smoothly 🤞😊
