Not very pleased with the service at all. I applied for an auto loan through them on June 14, 2024, and provided all the necessary paperwork. I have been waiting for over a month, but nothing has happened. All of the messages I have received have been approved and disbursed, but the seller has not yet received their funds. The car is registered in my name, but I haven't been able to get it since last month. Following up with the sales representative daily and making promises that it will be credited on a later date was exceedingly frustrating, and the patience level of mine nearly reached its limit. Not really recommended to anyone. I asked for their senior manager's contact information, but the agent was unable to provide it to the client. I receive new justifications every other day stating that the system is down and that I should wait for mail responses the next day. I humbly ask that the team, if you truly can't make it, simply let the client know right away rather than making false promises and making them wait decades. I honestly feel embarrassed to be facing the seller right now. Extremely bad experience with the supposedly customer-focused and professional team of M&M Marketing (Arenco Building Branch). I attempted to get in touch with their senior sales manager, Mr. Virendra Sen, via LinkedIn after not receiving his contact information, but I received no response. As a result, the case is still open and nobody is even taking the time or care to resolve it. Very sad, people. The funniest thing they asked me that is it disbursed on June 26 but today it's July 12 and i am yet walking on the road and buses back and forth thru sharjah to dubai everyday waiting for them to process it..some of my unpleasant experience with them and the seller sharing with you here...I have surely wasted my time, efforts and waiting for nothing with no any means, i have to post this here..I am sorry but you guys really disappointed me..
