Warning: Unprofessional Call Center – Avoid at All Costs Do not join this call center. They do not provide an offer letter or visa as promised. They will only waste your time, money, and effort. There is no structured HR department, no recruitment or operations team in place and the people managing the process lack professionalism. Instead of getting involved with this call center, you may find better opportunities in blue-collar jobs where at least your time and hard work will be respected. After working for 22 working days I received only the salary for 12 days. I have given 1 client also but 900 AED bonus that was committed, was not given. My Manager PRIYA was the most biased and unprofessional person I have ever seen. I feel that she deliberately did not apply for my visa even though she had enough time (Reason best known to her only). In spite of working hard and giving them a client, PRIYA told me to give her another client then only she would transfer the remaining money. Such unethical and unprofessional behaviour was going on in that company and there was no hierarchy to report this issue. They are Fraud, Cheats. Leave the bonus they don’t even give the salary after commitment.
